Vreti o reteta rapida pentru masa de pranz? Aceasta este una din variantele care ma salveaza si pe mine de multe ori!๐Ÿ˜‰๐ŸคŒ๐Ÿ‘Œ
Ingrediente:
1 lipie integrala
50g dovlecei
50g ardei
20g ceapa
20g sos pesto
100g branza feta
50g rosie
5ml ulei de masline
 
Trageti ceapa (taiata marunt) la tigaie in uleiul de masline, dupa care adaugati dovlecelul  si ardeiul (taiate fasii). Va incurajez sa va folositi imaginatia si sa adaugati ce condimente va plac. Puteti chiar sa optati si pentru ardei iute๐ŸŒถ(capsaicina accelereaza arderile de grasimi)!
Apoi ungeti lipia cu sosul pesto, adaugati branza feta si legumele trase la tigaie. Impaturiti si aveti un WRAP ๐ŸŒฏsenzational, care poate fi servit si pe fuga - in cazul in care nu aveti timp sa stati la masa sa mancati! PS:

Banana muffins ๐ŸŒ
 Este unul din deserturile pe care imi place sa il pregatesc pentru fetita mea! De asemenea poate fi si o alegere buna si pentru cheat-meal! Insist sa faceti alegerile bune, din ingrediente cat mai naturale si atunci cand aveti liber sa mancati ce vreti voi๐Ÿค—!
 Iar pentru reteta asta aveti nevoie de urmatoarele:
- 2 banane medii
- 1 ou
- 200g iaurt grecesc 2%
- 125g faina de migdale / integrala
- 4 lingurite ulei de masline
- 1 lingurita praf de copt
- 30g miez de nuca
- 25g ciocolata neagra
- Scortisoara
Intr-un bol pisam cele doua banane,adaugam oul,iaurtul gresesc,uleiul de masline si apoi faina. Le amestecam pe toate pana cand se omogenizeaza tot continutul. Nu uitati si de praful de copt,el este cel care le va face mai pufoase.
La final adaugam putina scortisoara (dupa gust),miezul de nuca si bucatele de ciocolata neagra.
Le lasam la copt aprox. 20-30min la 180g si sunt numai bune de savurat!
๐Ÿ”Recomand sa le pastrati proaspete cat mai multe zile (pentru ca nu va incurajez sa mancati toate briosele in aceeasi zi๐Ÿ™ˆ). Deci, ar trebui sa pastrati restul in frigiderul LG V +, in interiorul acestuia sau intr-un suport pentru cupcakes, pe usa frigiderului. Functia Liner Cooling asigura fluctuatii minime de temperatura in interiorul frigiderului si gustarile vor ramane proaspete si nu se vor usca!๐Ÿคฉ

I WANT IN! HOW CAN WE START?

Currently I have two active programs: CarmenFit CLUB and CarmenFit VIP CLUB. Both programs involve a set of exercises and a personalized diet for each client, adapted to their specific objectives. The programs are based on a personalized analysis and a constant interaction through WhatsApp to track progress. Of course, this level of personalization comes with the disadvantage that I can only enroll a relatively small number of people each month. However, because the demands are constantly growing, I am working to launch other complementary offers in order to be able to offer options to a wider audience. In the meantime, if you want to work together, I encourage you to join the waiting list.

WHEN IS IT OK TO CHECK MY WEIGHT?

In the morning on an empty stomach, not before menstruation and ovulation.

WHAT IS THE OPTIMAL RHYTHM FOR WEIGHT LOSS?

It depends on several factors, but on average, for overweight people the optimal rate is around 1 kg - 1.2 kg / week. For obese people we can reach 2 kg - 2.2 kg / week.

IS IT IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW THE DIET STRICTLY?

For optimal results, my diets are customized and adapted to the specific needs of each client.
Behind the diet there are detailed calculations between carbohydrates, proteins and fats. If we skip a snack that may seem less important, we spoil the ratio of macronutrients and the caloric deficit will be too high.

IS IT GOOD TO TRAIN DAILY?

The simple answer is: no. The body needs rest periods for recovery. If we train excessively, our body will need more calories, that is, more food. We thus enter a vicious circle. If we do not provide the body with nutrition related to the effort, the results will not be as desired.
