What we eat, how we eat and when we eat is more important to our body than we can imagine. Fitness without a balanced, quality diet with a balanced calorie intake is not possible.
The CarmenFIT diets take into account various parameters: metabolic rate, age, height, weight, type of training, the exact time of the workout. But it also takes into account the client's culinary preferences.
Diet should not be a chore. This is an important ingredient of success! Healthy food tastes good, especially when you receive instructions that take into account your culinary preferences.

The simple answer is: no. The body needs rest periods for recovery. If we train excessively, our body will need more calories, that is, more food. We thus enter a vicious circle. If we do not provide the body with nutrition related to the effort, the results will not be as desired.
